By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on The Sugar Squad website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated store policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Custom Cookie Orders & Bookings

• Lead Time: All custom cookie orders require a minimum 2-week notice period prior to your selected event date.
• Inquiry & Quotes: Submitting an inquiry through our Booking Form does not guarantee order confirmation until Hayley provides a formal quote and deposit terms are met.
• Handcrafted Nature: Our custom royal icing cookies are individually hand-piped. Slight variations in color tones and minor decorative details may occur.

3. Cookie Cutter E-Commerce Shop

• Material Specifications: Our physical cookie cutters and embossers are manufactured using high-quality, food-safe 3D printed PLA plastic.
• Care Instructions: 3D printed cutters are HAND WASH ONLY in lukewarm soapy water. Exposure to high heat, dishwashers, or hot water will deform plastic shapes.
• Sizing Dimensions: Sizing measurements are provided in metric units (mm & cm) on product spec sheets.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD $). We reserve the right to modify prices for custom quotes or shop listings at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, product photographs, custom icing designs, brand imagery, and text—is the exclusive property of The Sugar Squad and protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the State of Victoria. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
